The Curse of the Vendel-Crown

For weeks the town of Volberg and its surroundings have been beset by mysterious weather. A low mist hangs in the air which, by nightfall, turns into a thick fog. All travel into and out of Volberg is done by day, as rumors speak of disappearances of townsfolk who ventured out into the night, and of farmers finding their cattle slaughtered or missing by morning.

You find yourself in this ill-fated town, having completed an important delivery. Though eager to leave having collected your pay, you somehow feel as if you are being watched...
